There is free parking available around the building.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Please read it carefully, as it includes the access code for the building door. Our studio is located on the 3rd floor.

A studio attendant will always be available to assist you during your appointment. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask them.

Public restroom is available on the 3rd floor by the elevator.

If you forget something in our studio, please contact us as soon as possible. We check each studio at the end of the day for any lost items. However, we can only store lost items for one month before discarding them. Please double-check your belongings before leaving.

Click "Book Now", then select your preferred studio, date, and time. After filling out the required details and completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Please make sure to read your confirmation email carefully! Our studio operates by appointment only, and if you accidentally book the wrong date or time, you may arrive when the studio is closed and no one is available to assist you. Double-check your booking details to avoid any issues.

100% refund if the appointment is canceled 7+ days (168 hours) before the scheduled start time.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment. You may request a free reschedule instead.
Once a booking has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
All refunds are processed manually, even if the appointment is canceled through the confirmation email.

If you have an emergency and can't make it to the studio, we offer a free rescheduling of your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date and time.

At this time, we do not allow pets in the studio. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes, both Studio Dayglow and Studio Blanche have paper backdrops. In Studio Blanche, the backdrops are attached to the wall and cannot be changed. In Studio Dayglow, the paper backdrops are on a floor stand and can be switched out during your appointment for free.

Yes, we provide equipment! We have 3 continuous lights: Amaram 150, Godos, and Neewer lights. These are available free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We ask that you research how to operate the equipment before coming to the studio, as our studio cannot be responsible for the end result of your photoshoot if you're unfamiliar with how to use the equipment and cannot achieve your desired look.
Bookings
Your Session

Your booking begins at your scheduled start time. Please arrive no more than five minutes early.

Setup and cleanup are included within your booking time. Please allow enough time if you'll be moving furniture or bringing props.

Food and drinks are not allowed in the studios.
Furniture may be moved unless otherwise noted. Please lift furniture instead of dragging it.
Return all furniture and props to their original locations before leaving.
Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Keep shoes off furniture and upholstered pieces.
Confetti, glitter, smoke or fog machines, champagne popping, and messy materials (such as sand, powder, or paint) are not permitted without prior approval.
Avoid using body oils, self-tanners, or other products that may transfer onto furniture or props.
Report any accidental damage or spills immediately.
Studio Blanche requires shoe covers or socks, and the cyclorama curve should never be stepped on.
