The Visuals Photo Studio Guidelines
Live bands or performances are not allowed as our space is not sound-proof. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
No shoes are allowed in Studio 2 “Blanche”. You can either take your shoes off or put the shoe covers on.
Confetti and popping champagne are not permitted on the premises.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Food and drinks are not allowed on any furniture. Any damage caused to the furniture will result in additional fees.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the premises.
Filming in the hallways or common areas is not allowed.
No more than six people are allowed in each studio at any given time.
The use of fog or haze machines is not permitted.
Children are allowed on the premises but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Moving furniture is allowed, except for mirrors and glass items. Please lift furniture instead of dragging it.
Any damage caused to the furniture or studio interior will result in additional fees.
Please treat the studio, props, furniture, and all other equipment with respect.
Full nudity is not allowed in the studios.
Please return all furniture and props to their original position before leaving.
Please do not step on the curve of the cyclorama wall. It is not designed to hold weight.
Overtime fees apply if you require extra time to move things, load/unload. Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of arrival. Please book appropriately to avoid any extra charges.
Please do not use body oil, body sprays or self-tans that can stain the furniture.
Parking Information
There is free parking around the building and our guests are free to park at any available spot.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 96 hours or more in advance of the booking date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not receive a refund.
Additional Information
There is a makeup area where our clients can get their make up done before the photoshoot
There is a changing stations for each studio
Bathroom is located on the floor, right by the elevator
We offer lighting equipment on a complimentary basis, prioritizing requests on a first-come, first-served basis
